MetalsTrades is an educational service that provides members with an ability to view live posts from a professional trader, Andrew Maguire. Andrew will post his intraday trades as he takes them, providing a unique insight as to how he extracts profits from the spot Gold and spot Silver markets using his own proprietary indicators.
You can configure alerts to be warned of posts, via both email and text messaging. To keep up to date Andrew's trades members must be able to react quickly.
The service has been designed for experienced intraday traders looking to benefit from routine moves in the Gold and Silver markets. Andrew has developed his own indicator over several years to alert him to moves in what has become a volatile market. The intent is simply to provide these traders with visibility of Andrews trades which provide him with a profit that can then potentially be used to extract physical from the spot market.
In addition to intraday traders this specialist service is ideally suited for traders or institutions that have or are looking to establish core positions in Gold or Silver and would like to hedge or capitalize on moves in these highly volatile instruments. In these instances Andrew share his swing and long term trades, which includes hedging.
The subscription costs $499.95 per month. Please note that the service operates on an auto-renewing monthly membership which renews on the monthly anniversary of your initial subscription. To sign up for the service please click here.
You cannot. Andrew is a professional trader and this service consists ONLY of Andrew posting trades (entries, stops, targets, exits etc) and on occasion, commentary. He may from time to time share his opinion as to current price action and a rationale for current moves.
There is no ability for members to post questions to the MetalsTrades Live page. The MetalsTrades Live page is a one way communication.
No, trades posted by Andrew are based upon a single contract.
Andrew's focus is on profitability, NOT ensuring there are trades every day. The trades posted as part of the service are longer term in nature and include hedging through options.
There will be MANY days when Andrew will not take trades because market conditions do not lend themselves to high probability entries. On these days the sole post may be "no trade today". Again, the emphasis is, as it should be for every professional trader, on making money and NOT taking trades.
When you first enter MetalsTrades Live you will see a link "Alerts are ON". Click this to silence the beeps that occur when a post is made. To turn the beeps back on simply click on the "Alerts are OFF" link.
Easy, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your username. No further billing will occur from the time we receive your cancellation email and access to the service will cease at the end of the current calendar month. Cancelations MUST be received by 5PM ET on the last day of the calendar month to prevent a renewal.
As with all vehicles it makes sense to stalk trades during the most liquid hours. Andrew typically trades in a window of 8AM - 4PM GMT (3AM - 11AM in New York). There may be days where he will start later and/or finish earlier. Each day's trading window may vary based upon market conditions, news releases etc.
Yes, alerts can be sent as posts are made. Please watch the new member video for details on how to setup alerts. You can configure up to two email addresses to receive alerts.
Andrew will, where possible, try to warn members of an imminent entry although this will not always be possible.
If you wish to have alerts sent to your mobile device as a text message then you may also use the second email address for this purpose.
Please be aware that MetalsTrades alerts sent to mobile devices are still sent as emails. Using this method messages may take longer to arrive than when sent from mobile device to mobile deviceusing a protocol such as SMPPP or CIMD.
If you pay to receive text messages additional charges will likely be applied by your carrier.
While we strive to ensure a timely dispatch of alerts we cannot guarantee how long they will take to arrive or indeed delivery of them.
To find the email format for your mobile device please see this list for text message email formats. It is highly recommended that you perform tests to ensure you have the correct email address format and that your test messages do arrive at the expected mobile device.
Trades refer to front month futures contracts for Gold and Silver unless otherwise stated.
