I have just recorded what I hope will be the definitive explanation as to why member's charts sometimes differ (bars look different, missing bars etc) from mine as well as provide the answer in how to correct it. This applies to those of you using Ensign BUT includes a test near to the beginning which allows all others to know whether their charts are showing what they expect them to.
